Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya, did his M.Sc (Physics) from Jadavpur University. He joined Coal India Ltd (CIL) as Management Trainee in 1977, rose to become its Chairman in 2006 and continued till retirement in Feb 2011. He steered CIL through Miniratna in 2007, Navratna in 2008 and finally Maharatna in 2011 - a unique feat in the career of any PSU CMD.
In 2010, Mr. Bhattacharyya spearheaded the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of 10% of CIL's equity. It met with resounding success and became a landmark event. The IPO was one of the top three in the world in that year and is still the largest in India so far.
Mr. Bhattacharyya has been featured in a document published by Tata Mcgrow Hill in 2011 as one of the transformation leaders of Corporate India. He was also recognized by Forbes Magazine as a High Achiever of 2010. He is recipient of a number of awards and accolades. Notable among these are CEO of the year 2010 from Indian Chamber of Commerce as well as World HRD Congress, Swami Vivekananda National Award - 2011 & SCOPE Special Award of the Jury in 2010.
Mr. Deepak Mukerjee being a Banking Professional has vast experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking, Management Consultancy and Corporate Governance. He headed the team which led to the foundation of IDBI Bank, one of the most profitable banks in the Corporate and Retail Sectors of the market.
He was appointed the first Managing Director of the Bank. He had worked extensively for setting up IDBI Bank with M/s KPMG for deciding market positioning, preparing mission statement, setting up policy guidelines on key areas such as Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Credit, Corporate Banking, Marketing, MIS, Retail Bank, Risk Management, Treasury, HRD and Technology selection based on world wide tenders.
He was an executive member of the Credit Committee of Directors at ANZ Grindlays Banking Group in London. He formulated supervisory protocol for Board members covering appointment of Directors, rotation and functioning of the Committees. He has worked with ANZ Grindlays plc for over 32 years and held important positions.
He headed Operations Audit in India and at headquarters in London, he was head of Corporate Planning and MBO, Corporate Banking in South India, Business Banking Unit as General Manager, Business Banking, Treasury and Investment Banking in India, Credit and Investment Risk Supervision, South Asia. He was Deputy Director, Credit and Risk Management for ANZ Grindlays Bank's Credit and Investment portfolio at its headquarters in London.

Mr. Ravindra Pai is a seasoned professional with 33 years experience with some of the marquee companies in India like Johnson & Johnson, Thermax, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Mahindra Life Spaces and Apollo Hospitals. He has spent about 13 years with Apollo Hospitals managing different verticals of healthcare formats like Hospitals, Apollo Clinics and Boutique Birthing Centre (Cradle).
Has a deep domain expertise in Hospital Turnaround, Accreditation, Operations and P&L. Additionally quite proficient in Market and Business Intelligence, Customer Evaluations, Improvement Programs and establishing best industry practices.
Additionally Mr. Pai has done an international stint in Russia, St. Petersburg for 2 years working for a UK based company. He has Graduated in Microbiology from Mumbai University and completed Master's in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee, Mumbai.

He has over 20 years of professional experience, as Management Consulting: Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, as a Vice President & Business Head at ABP (P) Limited, and as Head of Strategy and New Initiatives at Axis Bank Limited. Mr. Sumit Bose got his degree in Master of Science, (Social Policy and Planning), London School of Economics, 1993. He did his Master of Arts (History), from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi, 1976. He Joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1976 and allotted to the Madhya Pradesh Cadre. Immediately prior to superannuation, he was the Union Finance Secretary (as Secretary, Department of Revenue). He had also served as Secretary (Expenditure) and Secretary (Disinvestment) as well as Secretary in the Thirteenth Finance Commission, consecutively in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India since August 2007 till superannuation.
He was the member of the core group for the Union Budget from 2010 to 2015. Served the Government of Madhya Pradesh (GoMP) as Principal Secretary (Finance). During this period, various reforms including fiscal responsibility legislation, outcome budgeting, extensive use of the PPP mechanism, contributory pension scheme were introduced in MP. Had also done an early stint in the Department of Economic Affairs, MOF, Government of India, as Deputy Secretary in the Fund Bank Division.
Have served the GoMP in the field, as the District Magistrate and Collector of Sidhi Rewa, Gwalior and Bhopal Districts. In the State Secretariat, besides Departments of Finance and Education, served in the Chief Minister's Office in two stints, first as Special Assistant as a junior officer and later as Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Mr. Arijit Basu is a management leader and professional from the Banking and Financial Services industry. He has worked in India, Japan and the UK. Arijit is currently Chairman of HDB Financial Services Ltd, a leading financial services firm and subsidiary of HDFC Bank Ltd. He is also a senior advisor and consultant to leading firms like AZB Partners, Deloitte India and Life Insurance Corporation for their forthcoming IPO. Arijit recently retired as a Board Member and Managing Director of India's largest bank, State Bank of India.
Prior to that he was the MD & CEO of SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd., the largest private life insurance company in India. During his tenure in the company from 2014-18, the company witnessed transformative growth and listed successfully in the stock exchanges.
He has been associated with various committees. He is on the Academic Advisory Council of the College of Supervisors set up by RBI, was Chairman of the Working Group on Project Finance set up by the Government of India for the Infrastructure Pipeline in 2020, and is Chairman of the Banking and Finance Committee of the Indian Merchants Chamber, Mumbai.

Prof. (Dr.) Indira Chakravarty, Padmashri, is a distinguished public health expert with an extensive career in health services and nutrition. She holds a Ph.D., D.Sc. and numerous fellowships, including FICAN (USA), FIMSA, FONESA, FIWA, and FIPHA.
Dr. Chakravarty has served as the Director and Dean at the All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health and as the Director of the Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute, both under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Her leadership extended to international roles such as Regional Director for South Asia at the IDRC, Canada, and Regional Adviser for Nutrition at the World Health Organisation (WHO).
After retiring from governmental service, she founded the Foundation for Community Support and Development in India and continues to hold several advisory and committee positions, including with the National Health Mission and the Indian Council of Medical Research. Her expertise has been sought by numerous organizations globally, including WHO, FAO, UNICEF, and others, for her knowledge in public health, nutrition, and environmental sciences.
Dr. Chakravarty's contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, such as the Padmashri, the Eduardo Sauma Award by the FAO, and the President's Global Leadership Award in Public Health from the United States. She has published over 250 scientific papers and reports and is an active member of several scientific and social organizations, including the Rotary Club of Calcutta and the India International Centre.
Her dedication to public health, nutrition, and environmental safety has made a significant impact both in India and internationally, showcasing her as a leading figure in her field.
Dr. Sujit Kar Purkayastha is presently the Managing Director of Peerless Hospital & B.K. Roy Research Centre. After more than 30 years of working abroad, primarily in the UK, he has returned to India in 2010. He has been a Consultant Physician in a NHS Trust Hospital in the UK and has vast experience in clinical medicine primarily in Gastroenterology and General Medicine.
During his long career, he has also been involved in administrative works which include Membership of Postgraduate Advisory Panel in University of Liverpool, Royal College Tutor for the trust, Chairmanship of Medical Education Committee, Clinical Audit Lead for the trust to name a few. He has been a passionate teacher and has organized many teach-in courses in various hospitals, he has worked. He is an examiner of MRCP PACES for the Royal Colleges of UK and has also hosted the examination.
After qualifying as a doctor from Dibrugarh Medical College in 1973, he completed MD in General Medicine from Calcutta University. Subsequently he went to the UK for further training and obtained MRCP. He became Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and Royal College of Physicians of London in 1998 and 2002 respectively.
He was accredited "Physician as Educator" by the Royal College of Physicians, London and is also a member of the British and Indian Society of Gastroenterology. He maintains a strong link with the college and has tied up Peerless Hospital with the college in the MTI (Medical Training Initiative) scheme which allows suitable medical graduates from India to obtain 2 years of clinical training in UK hospitals. His ambition is to bring transparency and honesty in the medical practice and he is committed to this.

Dr. Ramanan has footprints in transforming project blueprints into functional hospitals, revamping existing facilities by leveraging 28 years of professional, surgical/medical experience and 16 years of hospital administration experience.
Dr. Ramanan did MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Government Medical College, Jabalpur. He commenced his career as a Surgical Specialist in Coal India Hospital, Madhya Pradesh in 1977. He specialized in General and Trauma-related surgery and Endoscopic procedures.
Dr. Ramanan was associated with Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) as Head of Medical Services in Salem, Tamil Nadu, Director Medical Services in Rourkela and in Durgapur Steel Plant Hospital. He revamped the 5-decade-old hospital and maintained focus on professional development.
As Director Medical Services, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, Kolkata and later Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, he supervised the large-scale expansion, obtained JCI accreditation and even successfully recovered Tata Cancer Care Hospital, Tirupati that had stalled due to the pandemic and made it operational within one year.
In a short span of 15 months he stepped up from the position of Medical Director, Sunil Kanti Roy Institute of Oncology & Services (SRIOS), to the Group Medical Director of Peerless Hospital. He is in the process of building a strong road map for Oncology operations and capacity building using a skills-cum-competency based approach.
